An alternative option - Holistic Living

Recently I have heard quite a few unfortunate incidents that happened for medical procedures from my students' families. My heart goes for everyone and wish them the best recovery. Meanwhile, I would like to pass on this message to everyone who read it.

Ideally, each one of us should be knowledgeable to take care of ourselves day by day. Unfortunately only small percentage of the population are capble to do it. Health is outside of hospitals and away from doctors.  Human body was designed to heal itself. If you are equipped with knowledge and skills, you should be aware of some issues time to time, and address these issues by balancing nutrition, doing right exercises, and living a healthy lifestyle.

There is a top secret in medical field which is if a curable disease was over treated, it can become uncurable. Western medicine is more for acute care not for overall health and wellbeing. There are a lots of unnecessary operations happening every single day, so are the excessive prescription drug prescriptions. Take control of your own health, and don't put your precious life to the doctors' hands.

How to do that? It is easier than you think by finding the right help to start. A good holistic or naturopathy counselor or doctor is your first step. Lots of sickness or symptoms are the results of nutrition imbalance and unhealthy lifestyle. Nutrition counseling can help to find out the root causes, and address them with foods, herbs and necessary supplements.

Your second step is to learn Tai Chi and Qigong. These two exercises have been using by Chinese for hundreds and thousands of years for disease prevention and longevity. If you keep Tai Chi and Qigong in your routine, you can save on expensive gym fees, chiropractor visits, and even acupuncture treatment because you are using your own Qi to improve  circulation, build muscles and strengthen your inner organs. It is almost too good to be true that both exercises can improve almost every health issue both mental and physical.
