I met a couple during today's walk, the husband just had a stroke, so they walk every day for his recovery. Of course, daily walking has a lot of health benefits, but if you only rely on walking to achieve full recovery from a stroke, and prevent future attacks, the result may upset you.
A stroke is a sign that our body sent, saying that it desperately needs help. It is time to exam your lifestyle and make some adjustments right away. Lifestyle change can include the following:
Food choices, meal plans-what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, etc.
Exercise plan, include tai chi and qigong for better circulation and brain function.
Self-care plans such as meridian treatment, herbal remedies.
