I came across Vicki's Tai chi website during a transitional time of my life. I was experiencing burnout, depression, and compassion fatigue from my previous job at a maximum level. Once I began Tai chi sessions with Vicki, she understood and educated me and my group members on the many benefits that could be gained from learning Tai chi. Vicki's technique with teaching and her pace was well- orchestrated and, fortunately, was easy on everyone's bodies, and the initially subtle gains became immense for me - mentally and physically. Thank you, Vicki, for your instruction of the Tai chi Qigong series, which I continue to carry with me outside of your lessons, and also for being such a support and light during a time when I needed it most.

Vicki is a knowledgeable and patient teacher of Tai Chi. I took her class to learn the 24-form Tai Chi sequence. Vicki understands the best way to teach the movements: first get the basics, then slowly shape the form over time into more correct movements. Having feedback from an in-person teacher is crucial to learning the right way. I also enjoyed the information she shares casually from her knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, Qigong, and more.
My balance has always been terrible. I found that the 24-form Tai Chi practice really helped, plus it strengthened my legs and lower body, and I think it will help prevent falls as I get even older.
I recently had a health episode such that I had to be in the hospital for a couple of days. When I got out I resumed my Tai Chi practice and I believe it helped me recover faster.
I am so grateful to Vicki to have this daily practice as part of my life going forward.

I've been looking for a Tai Chi leader for a while to continue my training and I'm so happy to have found Vickie. She is a great instructor, she's patient, and willing to review as much as needed. I've completed level 1 and am looking forward to level 2. I do highly recommend Vickie as your instructor for Tai Chi or Qigong.

I had both tai chi and qigong lessons from Vicki andd now I am taking Level II Tai Chi. I found both exercises very helpful for stress reduction, which I need the most for my current situation.
Vicki possesses an extraordinary depth of knowledge that extends beyond the physical movements encompassing the rich history, philosophy, and spiritual essence of Tai Chi and Qigong. Her teachings also provide a holistic approach that fosters physical, mental and spiritual well-being. It is amazing to see how much that I have learned and grown. It is my honor and privilege  to study with Vicki.

Vicki's breath knowledge and skill is masterful. We are blessed to have found her. She is extremely passionate about teaching others about her culture and this ancient technique, that in my opinion, all should learn.
Vicki is kind, patient and fun to study with. My husband, myself and teenage daughter learned so much from her. It even really helped with my allergies and the movement allowed for great flow of energy throughout my body, which I really appreciated. We practice the skills daily and feel more connected and at peace.
As a clician and someone that helps people find balance, this is an amazingh life skill ryone should have for calming balance and stress relief.
I would highly recommend takking a class with Vicki. You will not regret it! Thank you to Vicki for sharing your passion and wisdom with us!

Vicki an excellent Tai Chi instructor. My eighty year old dad and I have gained many benefits from doing tai chi with Vicki. Our leg strength, balance and flexibility increased. Also, when I had sciatica, tai chi was the only thing that brought relief. I highly recommend Vicki's Tai Chi & Qigong.
